Privacy

Information we collect

• Account details: email address and name, for sign-in, content access and support.
• Purchase and entitlement details: courses you bought, amount and invoice. Card details are processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe) and are not stored by us.
• Learning progress: your last lesson and position, to enable resume.
• Welcome-gift and referral data: when a gift was claimed, the lessons granted, your personal referral code, account attribution, qualifying-purchase status, and reward coupons. Referral codes do not contain a name or email address.
• Support correspondence and messages you send us.
• Usage and analytics data (Google Analytics) — only after you consent to cookies.

How we use information

• Providing the Service, granting content access and saving progress.
• Processing payments and sending receipts and purchase confirmations.
• Providing support and answering enquiries.
• Securing the Service and preventing abuse.
• Granting a one-time welcome gift, attributing referrals, checking eligibility, and issuing referral rewards.
• Improving the product and aggregate usage analysis (subject to consent).
• Marketing email — only if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Service providers and third parties

We do not sell personal information. We rely on trusted providers to operate the Service, subject to confidentiality and security obligations:

• Supabase — database hosting, authentication and identity.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• YouTube — video hosting and streaming.
• Google — Google Analytics and operational email via Google Workspace.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the site (login and language preference). Visiting through a referral link stores a secure first-party referral cookie for up to 30 days so we can attribute a qualifying purchase; it contains only an opaque code, not a name or email. Analytics cookies load only after your consent. You can change your choice any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer.

Data retention

The referral cookie lasts up to 30 days. We retain gift, referral and reward records while your account is active and as needed to operate the program, prevent fraud, process billing, meet accounting requirements and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion as described below, subject to records we must retain.

Your rights

Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may access information about you, request correction or deletion, and withdraw marketing consent. Contact: academy@interfacernd.com.

Security

We apply customary safeguards (encryption in transit, database-level access control, and restricted access). No system, however, is completely immune.

Transfers outside Israel

Some providers store data on servers outside Israel. Using the Service constitutes consent to such transfer, subject to customary safeguards.

Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. An updated version will appear on this page with the revision date.
