The Service

The Service provides access to recorded courses, lectures and workshops in embedded systems, for online viewing via a personal account.

Your account

• Provide accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
• The account is personal and may not be transferred or shared.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Purchases and licence

• Payment is made via a secure third-party payment provider, currently Stripe. The seller is inteRFace R&D (California registration #5924719), a company registered in the United States. Taxes and transaction documents are handled according to applicable law and the seller's tax status. The amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged before any coupon, and a payment confirmation is emailed after payment completes.
• A purchase of a recorded course, lecture, workshop, bundle, or individual lesson grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the purchased content online for your private use only.
• You may not download, copy, distribute, publicly transmit, or give others access to the content.

Access period

A purchase of a recorded course, lecture, workshop, bundle, or individual lesson grants access for three (3) calendar months from payment confirmation and activation of access, unless checkout expressly states a different period. Access expires automatically and does not renew automatically. Coupon purchases have the same access period. The exact expiry date is shown in the purchase confirmation.

Welcome gift and referral program

• An eligible account may receive one complimentary grant of three selected lectures without payment details. Gift access is personal and lasts three calendar months from the grant date; an item that is not safely available remains locked until it is ready.
• Each signed-in user receives a personal referral link. After a distinct new customer completes their first eligible paid purchase within 30 days of visiting through that link, the referrer receives one personal, single-use 10% coupon for a future purchase of an item currently eligible for sale.
• The 10% is calculated from the current price displayed at checkout and cannot be combined with another coupon. The reward is personal, non-transferable, has no cash value, and does not apply to items that are not offered for sale.
• Self-referrals, duplicate or fictitious accounts, zero-value purchases, system tests, welcome gifts, purchases by an existing customer, and activity designed to evade these rules do not qualify. A cancellation, payment dispute, chargeback, or partial or full refund of the qualifying purchase may void an unused reward.
• We may withhold or void a reward for error or abuse. Future program changes apply prospectively and will not cancel a valid reward already issued in accordance with these rules, except for fraud, cancellation, or refund as described above.

What is included

The purchase includes self-service access to the recorded content only. It does not include instructor Q&A, assignment or code review, mentoring, consulting, project debugging, responses in community channels, or other personal instructional or technical support, unless expressly promised on the purchase page. This does not limit reasonable assistance with account or billing matters or our obligation to address a platform fault that prevents access to purchased content.

Cancellation and refunds

Except for any cancellation or refund right that applicable law requires and does not permit the parties to waive, purchases of recorded digital content made available immediately are final and non-refundable. Nothing here limits a remedy for non-supply, material non-conformity, a duplicate or unauthorized charge, or an access fault attributable to us. See the Refund Policy for contact instructions.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service in a way that harms it, third-party rights or the law, including automated scraping, account sharing, or circumventing content protection.

Intellectual property

All content — including videos, slides and materials — is owned by inteRFace R&D or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may not use it beyond what these Terms permit.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We may update, add or remove catalog content, provided that purchased content is not materially withdrawn during its access period without a fix, equivalent replacement, or remedy required by law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Content is provided for educational purposes "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant content.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District have exclusive jurisdiction.
