Nature of the product

These are digital courses and recordings, access to which opens immediately after purchase.

Cancellation and refund

• Except for any cancellation or refund right that applicable law requires and does not permit the parties to waive, purchases of recorded digital content made available immediately are final and non-refundable.
• This policy does not limit a mandatory statutory right or remedy, including for non-supply, material non-conformity, a duplicate or unauthorized charge, or an access fault attributable to us.
• Where applicable law requires cancellation or a refund, we will comply with it and with any permitted cancellation fee, if applicable.

How to request

Email academy@interfacernd.com with your order details (purchase email and course name). We will handle the request within a reasonable time.

Refund method and timing

An approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing by the card company may take a few business days.

Exceptions

Coupon/discount purchases are refunded by the amount actually paid. Free content is not eligible for a refund.
